Hi! I’m Cailey and am so glad you found you’re way here. Reaching out for help takes courage, and I want to acknowledge the strength it takes to take that first step. Together I hope to help you reconnect with yourself, heal from the experiences that have shaped you, and find a deeper sense of belonging and meaning in your life and relationships. As an EMDR-trained therapist, I specialize in helping clients process and release the impact of trauma so they can live with greater freedom and ease. I’m also trained in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), which supports clients in building emotional regulation, mindfulness, and resilience.
I also have specialized training in perinatal mental health and work closely with parents and caregivers navigating the profound transitions of pregnancy, postpartum, and parenting. Whether you’re processing birth trauma, identity shifts, or the complex emotions of caring for others, this is a space where your experience is honored without judgment.
