“I now see how owning our story and loving ourselves through that process is the bravest thing that we will ever do.”
Brené Brown

Meet your therapist

Hi! I’m Cailey and am so glad you found you’re way here. Reaching out for help takes courage, and I want to acknowledge the strength it takes to take that first step. Together I hope to help you reconnect with yourself, heal from the experiences that have shaped you, and find a deeper sense of belonging and meaning in your life and relationships. As an EMDR-trained therapist, I specialize in helping clients process and release the impact of trauma so they can live with greater freedom and ease. I’m also trained in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), which supports clients in building emotional regulation, mindfulness, and resilience.

My biggest passion is working with perinatal mental health, helping Moms, Dads, Parents and Caregivers navigate the profound transitions of pregnancy, postpartum, and parenting. Whether you’re processing birth trauma, identity shifts, or the complex emotions of caring for others, this is a space where your experience is honored without judgment.

I believe everyone has a meaningful story worth being heard and known. Together we will create a safe, compassionate space where your thoughts, emotions, and experiences can be explored with care and authenticity. If you’re ready to begin this journey, I’d be honored to meet with you and discuss how I can best support your growth and healing.

Outside of the therapy room you can find me running around with my 3 children, exploring the outdoors, or listening to a 20th reunion show of a band of my youth.

A woman with long brown hair, wearing a dark blue top and jeans, sitting on a navy blue couch in a living room, holding a white mug and smiling at the camera. The room has a beige wall with three black framed art pieces, a white floor lamp, a small table with books, a tissue box, and a stack of yellow pillows on the couch. A window with open blinds allows natural light into the room.
A cozy living room corner with a dark blue tufted sofa decorated with yellow textured pillows. A large window with partially open blinds allowing natural light, a tall green fiddle leaf fig plant next to the window, a black metal bookshelf with books, a clock, and art supplies, and a framed diploma with a photo of a bear on the wall.
